Awareness-Concept
Dear guests,We’re happy to have you all here!To make sure we can all celebrate together, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and consideration, respect everyone’s personal boundaries and, to the best of our knowledge and ability, avoid discrimination, judgement and crossing personal boundaries. To help ensure this for everyone, we have developed an awareness concept. We expressly ask you to read and follow these guidelines and, in doing so, help create a positive experience for everyone in the audience.By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge our awareness concept and agree to follow the rules outlined in it. In the event of violations, we reserve the right to remove guests from the event in accordance with our house rules. In such cases, there is no entitlement to a refund of the ticket price or any other compensation. If you have any questions, comments or concerns, please contact us at:ruhebereich@edition-zero.com1. OUR AWARENESS PRINCIPLESSexism, anti-queer and anti-trans discrimination, racism, antisemitism, ableism, classism and any other form of discrimination or hostility towards marginalized groups have no place here. Our three core awareness principles (based on Safe The Dance):Consent: Individual boundaries are respected. Only yes means yes.Self-determination: The person affected decides where a boundary has been crossed and has the right to decide how they want to proceed after an incident.Solidarity: The experience of the person affected is not questioned. Supporting them comes first.2. OUR AWARENESS GROUND RULESWe respect and protect the personal boundaries of every individual. We take people’s experiences and concerns seriously and aim to resolve conflicts without time pressure or external pressure. We do not tolerate harassment, violence or any form of discrimination or discriminatory behaviour (e.g. based on gender identity, sexual orientation, background, age, disability/illness, social status, ethnicity or religion). We do not accept sexual violence, harassment or any form of inappropriate or boundary-crossing behaviour.Aggressive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated. We look out for each other, protect one another and step in when someone needs help.If we notice discriminatory or inappropriate behaviour, we address it. Support is available from Security or at any bar.Everyone should be able to enjoy themselves and celebrate freely. Please be considerate in the mosh pit. If you are bigger or stronger than others, make sure to give them the space they need.As guests, we agree not to wear smart glasses or use them to record.3.
